Some of the world’s most famous wines are made from single grape varieties (eg red and white Burgundies) others are blends of multiple grape varieties (e.g. most red and white Bordeaux wines). In February, we are going to taste six Australian blended wines: two based on the blending employed in Bordeaux and four that are distinctly Australian, so do join us for what promises to be a tasting with a difference
