About the Phoenix CC Wine Appreciation Club

Imagine: you’re trolling through a restaurant’s wine list … or
perusing the mouth-watering discounts offered in an
online retailer’s wine sale … or meandering up and down
a bottle shop’s aisles.

If you’re lucky, you might get information about the grape variety(s) used
to produce a wine and/or the vineyard where those
grapes were grown and/or the prevailing weather conditions
in the year when the grapes were harvested and/or the
magic that the winemaker employed to produce
the wine from those grapes … but you still don’t have
the answer to the main question:
WHICH WINES WILL I LIKE? 

We hope that our club meetings will help you to understand
your own personal preferences in wine styles and which
kinds of wines match those preferences.
